Somehow I feel a bit stupid, getting this status message "your arcane powers are disrupted by your antimagic equipment", but removing equipment doesn`t change it.

You're wearing an amulet with the 'cleansing' ego, which is powered by arcane disrupting forces. (amulet says as much when you mouse over it.) Remove that, and your problem should go away.
