Eldritch Blow (stonewarden) questions

I'm a little confused:
Channel eldritch forces into a melee attack, hitting the target with your weapon and shield for X% arcane damage. If either attack hits, the target will be stunned for Y turns. The chance for the attack to stun increases with your physical power, but it is considered a magical attack and thus is resisted with spell save, rather than physical save. Damage increases with Spellpower.

It sounds like this is a single attack, right, not one with each dual wielded shield? (Does StoneShield trigger a separate shield bash? It says all your melee attacks also do a shield bash...)

Does this calculate the base damage damage off of your mainhand weapon/shield's power, or some combination of your main & offhand power?

It will hit with both shields using shield damage as base damage. Damage multiplier scale with spellpower

Ah I didn't read it carefully.

One last question: Does each of those 2 attacks trigger a separate shield bash from Stoneshield?
(So 4 attacks total?) Or just the 2 attacks and no triggered shield bash?

I haven't read the description for stoneshield in awhile, but I thought it makes your basic attacks with shields all become shield bashes?

Hmm, so Stoneshield says:
"Also, all of your melee attacks will perform a shield bash in addition to their normal effects."

It isn't clear whether this is just bump attacks (resulting in the offhand bash), or all melee attacks (including those triggered by talents).
