Everyone here knows of the "suicide crypt" overmap event that starts appearing after level 25-ish. This dungeon is pretty much unwinnable in insane and madness, full of large rooms with ranged enemies that apply many debuffs and often teleport you (not to mention the huge level gap). Unfortunately I suffer from completionist syndrome and will always try to do this quest, which generally ends in the loss of a high-ish level insane character (which I might add is rather frustrating).
Why not make this event spawn an overmap crypt entrance, after all your character can probably remember the place. Coming back later prevents you from trying to save the girl, you automatically encounter the boss when you arrive at the last floor. However killing the boss counts as completing the quest, no matter how late you come back.
It's a shame to have an entire zone usually ignored by players due to how unforgiving it is, this might help a bit (and save my sanity too
