[1.3.0] Damage Procs with Grisly Constitution Dual Wield

From the description of Grisly Constitution with five ranks I would expect only damage procs from the offhand weapon would be reduced, but it currently appears procs on both the mainhand 2-hander and the offhand are being halved.

Example: Wearing gloves that give +6 lightning damage and both mainhand and offhand give +3 lightning damage on attack. When the offhand is unequiped the mainhand does +6 as expected. From the talent description I would expect the mainhand to do +6 and the offhand to to +3.

I'm not sure if this is unexpected behavior or if the talent description needs to be adjusted to reflect all damage procs be reduced.
