Wheel of fate

Picked up the "wheel of fate" on my very first character in the starter dwarf dungeon. I don't understand the item description to well so if anyone could put it to me in a more descriptive manner that would be great.

Some sort of hint about what is unclear would help.

Basically its a random stats ring. Every three levels you can reroll the stats, which increases their level but might not be useful stats, and you can't take it off until later if you don't like it.

i just wasn't sure on how the random rolling of stats worked but i ended up just using the ring and figured it out. thanks

Also, note that you don't actually have to change it every three levels. If you have rolls "stored up" you can use multiple rerolls in a row.
