did the fact that i was not logged in could have caused that?

Hum there is a way to find them, zip up the contents of the folder:
C:/Users/FOO/T-Engine/4.0/tome/error-reports/tome-tome-1.3.0/
And send it to me please

no addons. i don't even know how they attach them.
i know that you can enable and disable them in menu, but not to what folder put them and all that. there is probably a tutorial on that somewhere.

Looking at that save it seems like a Fire Haven tile is spawned where the game wanted to put the crystal. What version of Ashes are you running? (It should show up from the Addon screen on the main menu).

AFAIK this is the latest version available from the ashes download page. (DLed it just a few days ago)
