Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
The main reason is that this will solve the most annoying problem that the major consumers of this prodigy have.
Since both summoner and necromancer have the problem of minions killing eachother( the ice tree, the and the skeleton mages and a whole bunch of advanced undeads).

Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
This would also make the Hydra much, much nicer if you could enable his AI to disregard allies.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
in older version, i got killed my my own hydra. and i am pretty sure i was the hydra's ally.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
Interesting. I've never had the hydra use its breath weapons with allies in the AoE before.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
and i might have remembered it wrong.
but either way, its you who asked for the hydra to disregard allies. and you are ally.

Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
Ally compassion uses weights. I haven't played a summoner in awhile but I think if you set the weight high enough it will breathe even if you're in the area of effect.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
This thread is clearly about turning off "friendly fire" with the Through the Crowd prodigy. That would make the hydra better as long as you can also have them not care about hitting allies (that they can no longer damage). It would also increase the use of that stupid rimebark.Radon26 wrote:and i might have remembered it wrong.

Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
Maybe just change Rimebark to do something like Leavestide instead of normal Ice damage.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
problem with that, is that freezing enemies is the only reason why someone would consider using those.
if you take away its freezing ability, while yes it will prevent freezing the player, it would make him absolutely useless.
what does the leave tide do? cut you? that will do even more damage to you, and not prevent enemies from doing damage to you.
freeze, while annoying, it coat you with ice that stops a % of damage, and because you are a summoner, does not hinder your battle potential in the slightest. because minions do everything for you. unless they try to break the ice.

Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
Actually, Leaves Tide doesn't hurt allies :
All foes hit by the leaves will start bleeding for (5 + [5]35cTMD) per turn (cumulative).
All allies hit will be covered in leaves, granting them (10 + [3]25cTMD)% chancemax 40% to completely avoid any damaging attack.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
or you could just make the ice storm just not affect allies?
but then again, the chance to completely avoid attacks does seem potentially powerful.
and currently reimbark doesn't really fit it the talent tree. (a tree, that doesn't fit in a tree...)
ritch flame spitter, as the name suggest spits fire.
hydra, pukes poison, acid and lightning. (lightning is close enough to fire...)
fire dragon, breathe (as in the name) fire.
reimbark... he is just chilling there...

I see what you did there.Radon26 wrote:reimbark... he is just chilling there...
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
Rimebark losing friendly fire would be a nerf. Which I am okay with; it's not like Summoners can't take a few nerfs, but it also makes Rimebark more brainless to use and brainless play is definitely something Summoners don't need any more of.HousePet wrote:Maybe just change Rimebark to do something like Leavestide instead of normal Ice damage.
Re: Let Through the Crowd cease friend fires between minions
i agree with them not requiring brain.
unless you are surprised you can just summon a dragon behind a corner.
when i was still into summoners i was just going to put all my points into the ranged summons, juggling in andout from doggy.
after i got the dragons full i just put my points into passive upgrades.
effect?
i can summon a horde of dragons at will, maxing out with more than 10 dragons (including hatchlings) + a flame spitter quizzed in for the improvement of fire damage. bah, patrols have noting on me, if i exit the zone with full army, they don't tick down, which means i already start the battle with army and off cool down.
