[1.3] Ogre mobs

The idea is to add some of the ogre mobs that show up in the concave vault to other maps, as it would make ogres seem more like an integral part of the world. One would be Mark of the Spellblaze, representing ogres that joined the rhaloren. One other possible location is the Dark Crypt - maybe as hired bodyguards, maybe as cultists? I'd also consider adding some ogres to Angolwen for flavor - if it's not in opposition to the lore in some way.
