Fixed or random artifacts can no longer be used for Cursed Sentry. Uncertain if design change or bug.

Design change. They can be at level 5, read the tooltip.

You are absolutely correct, of course. I did not even notice the tooltip change, I was just trying to verify that the new system worked right. Carry on!
