[1.3] No teleportation bonus from items

I have equipped an item that increases my resist all, defense and new effects duration after a teleport.
When using a Rune: Phase Door, I did not get the item's bonus (expected resist all: 4% from gear, 34% from rune, 6% from item. had 38% overall)

Out of Phase is a timed effect that's applied on teleport.

Phase Door also applies this timed effect after you teleport (over writing any values you might have).

I'll see if I can fix it but it's an old bug.
