Can't load Fortress of Sher'tul

Every time I try to get a character into the Fortress of Sher'tul, I get the endless Generating level message, and it never loads. If I end process, the next time I load that character I get a black map and continuous error messages.
I've tried disabling addons and uninstalling and reinstalling, but it keeps happening. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or is my game completely broken?
