What's fixed/updated/downright religious in perfection/otherwise improved in 1.3? We all have our bugs we know and hate, the things we want to see updated, the little things, and the usual response is "It's better in 1.3." So what I want to know is what exactly 1.3 is going to do. Just have it all laid out, so we can go ahead and gather all the tears here until it gets updated. (And then start a thread for 1.4 and more tears.)

The non-comprehensive list:
- new Chronomancers;
- new race;
- tons of bug fixes (absolute tons, I won't even try to enlist them all, but I do not know of any bug that DIDN'T get fixed yet)
- loads of new shaders and graphical effects.

You can find (datamined?) spoilers at http://tometips.github.io/. You won't find everything there like bug fixes, but the class changes are all listed.

It's, well, new. Completely with an unlock quest for it, too. Very interesting and unique, I'd say.
