I see the same thing, actually. I think I have a few explanations for that.
Cursed is rough at the start even on Normal if you don't start as Cornac, which I suspect some people are doing. Rampage to begin can make a huge difference. They're also rough-ish in midgame if you don't get something OP by then (Bill's Tree Trunk, a randart, etcetera). But I find that, once they get what they need, they can almost cruise all the way to the end, and whatever they can't deal with can be fled from with the ludicrous amount of built-in outs they have; Rampage, Movement Infusions, Psychoportation, Blindside, Reckless Charge, or hell, even just walking away due to having maxed Surge + Cold Iron Acorn. They have a lot of freedom to play a very simple, very reactionary game.
In your opinion, what the easiest class to win the game?

Haven't tried a Cursed full run myself, I'm more a Doomed afficionado - but before reading this, I thought the general consensus was that Cursed rock in the endgame.

Cursed do become Gods of Murder in the endgame (as do Doomed, for that matter). The big downside they have is poor defense when not Rampaging.

Fortunately, Cursed do so much damage in Normal that sometimes just hitting something a few times and then running away to heal up is a perfectly viable tactic for a lot of non-Vault foes.
