I get this error most times I play now after getting Uruk. What does it mean?

Getting this message here too. I remember that Darkgod had to do something odd to my account back int he day since the IRC was using my real name instead of my handle. Ever since then sometimes I need to get a little fiddling to get things working. Is there a way to get debug output to see if the client is even trying to login correctly?

Edit: Well, some form of communication between the server and steam is going on, since I just lost 60 coins out of the blue:

I bought the DLC on steam just a few minutes ago and it appeared on my balance page right afterwards, adding then removing as normal, but... I have a second "Unlocks donator features" one. Hm.
