The rarity of "Tooth of the Mouth" is not correct

In the definition of this item, the property of rarity is undefined. In this case, the rarity of this item will inherit from "BASE_DIGGER", which will let its rarity become 17 (like a average digger, not a artifact), making it the MOST common artifact (While for other artifacts, the common rarity should around 200), and will drop almost EACH round of the game.

Though it may not disturb the game run, I hope it will be fixed.
