Wings?

I have seen on YouTube that you can have wings... How? Also i saw other effects like the character completely covered in fire... Do i need certains abiities for that kind of effect or is it an addons that adds these graphical effects?

Most of these abilities are sustains or long timed effects. They're not so uncommon. Yes, they are in the core game.

Ah ok, so for the fire wings i must have wildfire? but its strange, i saw Linalil in Anglowen that has that ability sustained but she has no wings. Also when i played the archmage some sustained spells didnt have a graphical effect... I want those wings!!! XD

Do you have shaders enabled/does your graphics card support shaders?

yes, as for my graphic card i dont know. I'm playing on a laptop. I have GEOFORCE GT 540M 1GB
Ah i dont have volumetric shaders enabled. Do i need to enable them?

Try enabling them.

You ought to be able to see the various wing effects on the New Character screen, as one of the random decorations for Archmagi, Wyrmics, or Necromancers.
