Antimagic Access to Angolwen

Okay, this may not make sense, but antimagic characters should still be able to have access to Angolwen. I've had three antimagic characters who I feel like would be able to take on Linaniil pretty well. It's kinda frustrating when you go to the portal and it fizzles. Anyone else feel the same way? By the way, I am not a newbie, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that my chars can take on Linaniil...

I've had that feeling as well, but I've always thought that Antimagic characters would have too much of an easy time with their abilities, though I don't see why it couldn't be a possible extra challenge after winning.
