[1.2.3] Throw Boulder piercing trough resist shields

I just died to a boulder throw from a giant in Daikara. It fully ignored my solipsism and I took full damage, despite having enough psi to absorb it.
I remember that I also had this with the Kinetic absorption shield from the Mindslayer (at least partly).

The description states no behaviour like this at all.

Edit: Doesn't seem to be like this 100% of the time but I doubt that the specific giant had 100% shield penetration or something like that.
