[1.2.3] Auto-use doesn't work

For some reason my auto-use stopped working while playing a necromancer. Still is indicated by yellow text that shield infusion/skill etc is on auto-cast but nothing happens

sure you didn't turn off all autouse functions? there is a way to do that I think. there certainly is in the addon I use (alt-shift-p toggles it).
