Any chance that new classes will need to be unlocked first ? Because I have the most fun trying (and failing) to unlock things, classes in particular.
If not, PLEASE add some feature which will give us the option to choose whether the class needs to be unlocked or not !!

He's asking to need to unlock them, not for them to be unlocked.

Exactly :) I love unlocks, it keeps me going like forever.
Darkgod already stated that one of the new classes will be unlockable. I just hope the unlock will take some time :D

@breadsmith

yeah I got that part i was responding to

yeah he was pretty much saying he wanted optional unlocks and I thought I'd be easier to just put in unlocks and use the unlock addon if you didn't want to unlock them.

Possessor sounds silly. How about Demagogue instead?

The name is what I find silly, not the concept. Demagogue sounds more sophisticated than possessor. Calling this guy a possessor is kind of like calling a rogue backstabber. Only worse.

Demagogue is also pretty nonsensical. It would be like calling a chronomancer "insurance agent."

Depending on the direction Darkgod goes Mentalist might be a better name. But he might really make a class that mostly just possesses people. Calling a rogue a backstabber isn't all that silly if every talent revolves around backstabbing better :shrugs:

Oh and.. *renames Paradox Mage to Insurance Agent*

OK, I know I'm splitting hairs, but what does calling a chronomancer "insurance agent" got to do with anything? Does he possess insurance related skills ingame? You're just not connecting the dots here.

Naming something for what it does is a straightforward approach that works in some cases, but it's not cutting it for me in this one. I just don't like how it sounds. It's an aesthetics thing. Demagogue sounds a lot more resonant and I believe it fits the theme rather nicely.
