[1.2.3] Shasshhiy'Kaish event twice in one game.

I am not sure if this is intended functionality, but I will put it here anyway. I have had the Shasshhiy'Kaish event twice in the same game. It occurred once in Daikara:2, and a second time on Reknor:2. I did not trigger the instance in Daikara at first though, because I wanted to level up some more. I am not sure if that would've had anything to do with it. This has led me to acquire two copies of the "Crown of Burning Pain" as it was dropped by Shasshhiy'Kaish both times.
