[1.2.3] The Mouth's 100% insteadeath immunity was ingored!

to clarify, NO SLIMY CRAWLERS WERE PRESENT DURING THE TIME OF DEVOURING

I, Ideric the level 10 dwarf wyrmic, ate The Mouth on level 3 of The Deep Bellow
as you can see, here The Mouth has 100% instadeath immunity, and, as well all know, The Mouth has plot armor to give it 100% damage damage immunity unless theres a Slimy Crawler out, and there wasn't one out

so here I am with 2 turns before I swallow The Mouth

I use Bellowing Roar(lvl 6.5) to signify that there aren't any slimy crawlers within radius 8 and because if I didn't do that the game would omit the part where it says "Ideric tries to swallow The Mouth!"
and then the next turn I swallow the mouth
(strangely, it lets me use a non-thumbnail here)


the third-party addons I am using are the old Orc Breeding Pit Restoration Project(by aotd), Badass Death Messages, and Dwarven Adventurers; also, Stone Wardens and Items Vault are used as well

Hmm now, this is interesting.

If I'm reading this right, even if a monster is Instakill immune, Swallow will still nom them IF they are below 5% health.

To be more precise, it does two groups of two checks.
If the first check fails, by any means, it'll than move onto the second check.
For the 'nom' to happen, the target needs to be below the talent's health % value, AND pass the following:

A Physical Power vs Physical Save check, OR the target has to be dead.
Checking if the target can be Instakilled, OR the target has to have below 5% health.

It's so you can eat bosses for the achievement as they're generally immune to instakill.
