[1.2.3] Petrified wood has no effect when socketed

I just socketed Petrified Wood into the Cuirass of the Dark Lord and while Petrified Wood is being listed as socketed; none of the bonuses are being applied. My sun paladin Relic is wearing it right now if you want to take a look.
