It seems to me that some of the effects of Aim and Disruption Shield talents scale backwards from the way they should as you add more points.
Specifically, Aim lowers your firing speed even more as you invest talent points, while Disruption Shield lowers the amount of mana gained per damage taken.

Disruption Shield's scaling makes it's effective health increase.
The main purpose of it is to be a shield, after all.
So if you take 500 damage, if it's at a 1.5 ratio, it's going to take 750 *damage*, while at a 0.5 ratio, it only takes 250 *damage*.
