Character vanishes and I can't move...

I've played 4 accounts 2 on 1.2.2 and 2 on 1.2.3 till around 30-40 lv range. On the main map after leaving a zone my toon vanishes and all the npcs move super fast. The auto explore won't explore and clicking the map to move says "You don't see how to get there". This is frustrating to say the least. Has anyone experienced this problem? The last toon only had the item vault addon. Is there a way to fix this? Starting over just for it to happen again is getting old. Thanks in advance.

Did you get a Lua error when transitioning between levels?

While transitioning levels no. I did however receive one during the level while playing through it. I deleted those characters so if it happens again I'll screenshot the lua error. I finally got a toon to finish the story in adventure mode though after this post so it is possible for me to play through. The only difference was I used a different name and class. I doubt that has anything to do with it though.
