Title was "Radiance/Illumination does not reveal stealth". I changed it to represent the general issue.

I've run into an issue where stealthed enemies revealed by Radiance/Illumination do no show up graphically at the time they are revealed. I can mouse over the square they are on and get a tooltip, but the character icon isn't displayed on the map tile. I only noticed because my mod's 'NPC List' can see them once they are revealed.
(The list uses Player:canSee() to check.)
I'm thinking this may be related to the same bug that will keep a visual effect applied even though the mechanical effect has ended. For instance, if I have a damage shield up and take a hit that disables it, it may still be visible on my character for the rest of that turn. It doesn't go away until I take an action.
I'm not talking about the right-click inspect, which is always available. That's a separate issue because MapMenu doesn't check for canSee() or anything else, just an actor present.

If you cast sleep prison(last solipsist sleep tree ability), it may not show the sleep bubble during the first turn even though if you inspect creatures effect will be there or if you wait a turn it'll appear.
This can get really annoying: you cast sleep on a group of enemies, then cast sleep prison and some of them appear unaffected. You think that they are not sleeping and attack them all-out with damaging spells. Next turn they really wake up and you find out that they were actually sleeping but that was not displayed.

It looks like this applies to stealth/invis reveal of Arcane Eye as well.

Changing light sources is good example of this as a general issue . I have a staff of illumination with +5 light range on it. I have a regular staff in my main hand and the staff of illumination in my off hand. In a dark dungeon and a +4 lite, I see out to range 4. If I use Q to swap sets, I still see out to range 4. I don't see out to range 9 until I move. Every once in a while, a swap will update the graphics so that my light range matches my equipment. If I sit there just swapping, sometimes it updates and sometimes not. It's not a consistent number of swaps. I can go a dozen swaps and not have the light update, then it will update twice in a row, then not for 3 times, then update once, then not for four swaps, etc...

Here's an example using Arcane Eye. My rank is over 5 so it should be revealing stealthed creatures. That little circle of light is the stealthed gaeramarth at range 8, within the range 9 of my Arcane Eye. When I mouse over it I get a tooltip, but I don't see the creature itself graphically.
