Bearscape! I survived last night's Bearpocalypse. Did you?

I was on last night, just minding my own biz, on my new Yeek Archmage.

Then I saw the message from DarkGod:
"You are logged in at the right time. Find the Bearscape portal on the world map!"
(I may be summarizing here...)

So I did. I was worried, since my furry lil Archmage is pretty squishy, and bears are, well, Bears. The message said you should probably L15 at least. I had just dinged 15, so I had that covered. I found the portal in that little nook you can get to only from the very top of the map on the left. When I entered the portal... BEARS!

Picture a forest with nothing but trees and Bears, and you have the Bearscape. Not just any bears, mind you. Angry Bears. Killer Bears. Bears looking for honey. (Make sure to read the descriptions on the bears if you make it to the bearscape) Bears that are summoners. Bears dual wielding mindstars. So many bears with purple frames. Rarebears. I blasted them all with lightning, mind controlled the normal bears against the big mean bears, teleported away from big jumbles of bears, and nearly died a few times. I BEARly made it out alive.

The reward for surviving: A pile of rare and tier 4 weapons, a new nice staff, and a charm that turns me into a huge bear. Totally worth it.

Glad you survived the Bearscape, perhaps this character will make it to the end! Either way, starting at thebase of level 15 and clearing the Bearscape is no cakewalk, so congratulations for that.
