[1.2.2] shatter not working

Shatter currently has the following behavior:
  • damage gets reduced by iceblock
  • enemies stay frozen and don't get wet
I'm not sure whether the first part is intentional, but the second one is in contradiction to the tooltip.

The second one is due to frozen enemies being immune to detrimental statuses in general.
