The physical power bonus for bloody butcher isn't called anywhere that I could find with grep. I also didn't notice any change to physical power on my character sheet.
I'm guessing it was supposed to have a talent call back in combatPhysicalpower but it never got added.

Confirm the above problem. Also, pretty sure it's not reducing their saves either. Will test to confirm this part.
Update: Actually, it does work with bleed from sweep, just not from the Bleeding Edge bleed. Counterintuitive, as it has bleed in the name and bleeds them!
