[1.2.2] Rebuilding Golem with Stone Wall Up Broke Game

I used Retrofit Golem to rebuild it while I was surrounded by Stone Wall and got a Lua popup window error.

I used it to report the bug, but now every time I take a turn it pops up again, making the game essentially unplayable.

I would post the full error stack here (minus any repeating), but based on the one line you mentioned in IRC, I think the issue was that Refit couldn't get LOS on your character because you were surrounded by the wall.
