Music starts playing when music is off

When I leave the game open for extended periods of time without playing it it will start playing music.

I haven't tested to see if it does the same thing when I'm actively playing the game, been working on the new TW and I often leave ToME running in the background.

Just got this weird error in vanilla 1.2.2. Started a new test character, left them in trollmire 1 with levelup window open for about 1 hour and suddenly music started playin when I was browsing internets(alt-tabbed), when music is set to 0 in options.
