Turn lost when using Fearless Cleave

Not sure if anyone else has noticed it, but sometimes when using Fearless Cleave, NPCs will get 2 turns. I just nearly died after cleaving into a Luminous Horror and dropping to -50 hp from full. Looking at the log, they managed to get off 2 full rounds of spells.
