Stone Warden block improvement

Stone Wardens are ATM the only class intended to use shields that doesn't have access to any counterattack improvments. Everyone else but the skirmisher has from riposte, and skirmishers have their buckler training tree, which is frankly better - outright negation of attacks and free counterattacks. Stone wardens, the guys who can dualwield shields, are worse at counterattacking than any of the less dedicated classes. One of their talents really ought to have an allow counter on incomplete block effect - possibly Shards?

Doesn't help that much when you have to be able to block the ENTIRE strike to get the counterattack bonus - especially before you get spectral shield and the ability to block all elements.

Stone Wardens get two shields, so they don't need Spectral Shield in order to be able to block a huge variety of elements.
