Not guaranteed to be yet. I'll post an update when it's fully tested.

If you're testing it with 1.2, please do let me know if you find any bugs. Thanks!
Getting a hard CtD on entering Kor-pul Ruins 3.
Crashes in the middle of loading whatever comes after the heavy armor egos file. I mean literally in the middle - the log file cuts out mid-line.

Update - disabling nulltweaks and starting a new game didn't help. I'm gonna disable everything but the official addons and work my way through my mods.

If the log is cut off, use the flush log option.

How do I do that?

Well. That certainly was something I'd never find without doing a BFI test. The Dwarven Adventurers addon was the problem.

Whew! Thanks for doing that testing, and please do report if Null Tweaks does misbehave. I'm going to be trying it out this evening.

As a heads-up, nulltweaks doesn't seem to play nice with mods that add skills that tweak inscriptions - even if no one has the actual skill. I'm getting the following error message when I try to right-click myself after going back to angolwen from the abashed expanse after installing Arcanum by HousePet.

Code: Select all

Thanks for the report. I've got the new Acid Wave and Biting Gale working with Nulltweaks, and uploaded a fix which works for me (without Arcanum).

Please let me know if this isn't enough, I'll work with HousePet to fix it.

Sortof crash when using a predator infusion and then replacing it with something else. No LUA, just the screen seizuring between black screen and normal inscription replacement screen.

The temporary poison effect was active when you replaced the inscription?

Hmm, I can't replicate.

What did you replace the Predatory infusion with? What kind of poison was it? Maybe there's something specific I need to fix?

I'll try to add some more safety checks.

I replaced it with a shield rune, as a cursed, in the arena. It was in the 4th inscription slot. I had just used it either the turn before or the same turn (I'm not sure).

Ah yeah.

The temporary buff looks into the talent to see what it does.

The talent effectively gets deleted when you replace the inscription, so the lookup fails.

To work around this issue, don't replace Predatory Infusions which are in use.

Hopefully I'll be able to fix it permanently, but it may take some time.

Re: Null Tweaks 2014-07-18: Respec Respect

Respec Tuning
There is now an option to enable "Custom" Respec limits. This means that you can choose how many Class or Generic points to re-assign (instead of being limited to 4 or 3 respectively). You are still limited to only changing points while safely in town.

You can now respec on any map which contains no enemies.

This check ignores enemies with the VAULTED status, so you can hopefully respec on levels with un-opened vaults. This is intended to make ID slightly less horrible.

Allegedly there are sometimes monsters created in vaults which lack the VAULTED status, but if so, that's a bug in the main game.
