[1.20 + steam][Major] Visuals get stuck

I've encountered this twice already.

I was using a Dwarven Berserker and the screen got stuck but I could still move around and kill stuff/change levels. The only thing that 'moved around' when I was moving was the fog of war, but the rest of the graphics were non-responsive.

Turning off all my add-ons and trying again.

It happened again. I suspect it has something to do with Fullscreen Borderless... going to try remove that now.

Edit: Nope... still getting stuck...
