Just how long should the launcher take to update?

Title question. After finishing downloading the update, it just got stuck here after a few minutes



I tried letting it sit at that spot for 15+min doesn't seem to get any further. Tried ending and restarting the launcher, just picks up where it left off, and goes nowhere at all.

after asking around on the chat on the website a bit, i was told to check my tome folder, i found a newly created launcher there which seems to start up fine. However the game is still the same version as before this nonesense, 1.1.5, making it seem like nothing was actually updated in the first place.

v10 launcher had a bug that prevents self-update in some cases; to fix it you can simply follow the instructions there http://te4.org/blogs/darkgod/2014/05/ne ... there-hope which basically amounts to "override the launcher with the new one".

As for no updates; it's a launcher update not a game update
It needs to be updated before the release because the release needs the new features of the new launcher.
