First, for Thermal Leech:

Secondly, for Kinetic Leech: the game claims it will give you 62 Psi or so per target at L1. While I -totally- approve of this, the talent doesn't actually do this, so that should be fixed! :)

Its been fixed for a while, we are just waiting for DarkGod to merge the finished Mindslayer.
