Cant Download installer - Checksum error, corrupt files

So yesterday I downloaded ToME again on my new rig and everything was ok, but I couldn't get addons to work at all. So I thought the simple fix would be to reinstall and make sure that everything was installed correctly but now I can't get any download from the website to actually work. The installer breaks at the verification step, and when I extract the .rar it downloads I get this:

The manual downloads are the same way.

Even weirder is that that makes it sound like even if I did launch it there would be no music but when I run the launcher directly it starts up seemingly fine and even has the music, but that just makes me think that maybe there is something else that those corrupt files do that might break later on down the line.

EDIT: Yeah, sure enough, the menu works fine, music and all, but starting a game is impossible.

EDIT2: Huh, downloading it the 6th time or so manually made the problem not happen again. Weird.
