This dungeon is hideous in a bad way.
So I suggest adding an extra floor, so you have three floors you can clear before facing the bone giant, which should get you to level 3.
Increasing the minimum spawn levels of Skeleton Warrior, Skeleton Mage and Skeleton Archer, as these can be nasty for other lowbies too. Their minimum levels are currently 3, 4 and 5. 4, 8, 6 would be gentler.
Since there aren't any other start level undead, let's add a few more, such as:
Flying Skull. Basically a degenerate skeleton warrior, but with higher movement speed and no greatsword.
Fleshy Failed Necromancy Experiment: Basically a level 1 necrotic mass with a slow crawl speed.
Bloody Failed Necromancy Experiment: Basically a jelly that can cast a weak Bloodgrasp.

For what it's worth, I support making the undead starter a bit gentler.
Getting hit by by skeleton mage from outside of your shitty +2 light radius you start with on a exp level 1-2 character is not that fun.
The bone giant itself is manageable even now if you manage to fight it 1:1 but requires a lot of phase dooring/escaping and takes time to kill on a weaker class. And of course, there is the very real chance of running into a skeletal warrior etc while you are kiting the boss after which it's restart time. So I don't object adding a dungeon floor either.

While I like the idea of new floor it's alredy hard for some player's (I was one of them) We don't need harder Undead begining.But I want more Undead beginner areas like elf's.

I'd actually support the Boss Fight being sort of like Reknor for Dwarves - the Boss is on like an Arena styled matchup where it's you against it. This would solve issues where you need to run from the Boss by eliminating other nuisances while you fight him - especially if the arena is made in such a way that you can run and hide from him for weaker characters.
Have nothing really to say about the cannon fodder enemies though. Skeleton Warriors may stun and Skeleton Archer's may rip my health in half but none have yet to really be my undoing.
