After the steam tome installation i deleted the other tome in my computer.(when you open the game with my "free version" i saw that you cant still use the vault in my shertull fortress.)
Then i loaded one of my saves in shertull fortress with my steam version of the game and saw 2 more options in my vault: placing and removing items. i have previously read that you can place 3 items if you purchase it via steam. But it said there was an error while placing the items. I tried it with another character but encountered the same error.
I also realized that in the main menu when you press add-ons menu the vault option is set to auto-active but in the "load game" screen it says addons required: vault so i thought that if i create a new character that character will not have any vault problems.
I created a brand new one and saved the game and checked the load screen. I saw that it says required add ons" vault AND stonewarden" !!!
It's obvious that my character had vault options open for him because i could see the 2 new options of placing and removing items from vault so i think that information on load screen may be a typo. I also read 2 more posts about the same problem, one of them saying, sometimes you encounter that error and you have to try it frequently and the other one had the same error as me and they requested a log file from him, so here's my log file:
