In every under water map I have this glitch where the targeting ray is alway in the center, while my character and my target is somewhere else.

I tested without addon and different tile size. Always glitchy. The targeting "ray" is not specifically in the center. But it's never where it should be : from my character toward the mob.
As soon I get back to the "minimalist" HUD it works fine. So "classic HUD" do glitchy targeting underwater.

I'm having the same issue, but switching back to minimalist didn't solve it.

It's not the cursor being incorrect; it's the main display. In my screenshots, if you check the right edge, you can see the main display was shifted (and looped back on the other side). The vertical band above the last four talents belongs to the left side of the main display.
