Your Willpower, to be precise. It uses [5% of your Willpower] + [150% of your level] as a "power" checked against a "save" of [target's level]. Mindpower is irrelevant, as is the enemy's mental save (or, indeed, any of the enemy's stats at all), and the only resistance that counts is instakill immunity. Yeek racials are very good.
