Well, if we can figure out a nickname for the cats and the canines, it'd be nice. I mean, blackbacks and hooters. :3 Hissers and Woofers? lol

But honestly I am having fun with this addon. I still prefer to catch rares as pets because (insert new idea here) they have names. Not to mention skill trees not available to regular pets. I do like the fact that very early on you can grab a new pet to your liking if you prefer foxes, bears, etc instead of a wolf. This is a most unusual addon to not only include new classes and races that (as far as I know) no one has ever thought of, plus lots of feedback from players on likes and dislikes. I do want to see more addons like this, constantly being updated and tested by active members. I'd also love to eventually see a town (or towns) of furrae people who have quests and little extras here and there like artifacts.

A furrae town you say? I've not any experience coding that sort of shenanigan up thus far. Glad to hear you're having a good time though! Changing the race name feels ill advised, since it would play with the building collection of dead characters, some of whom were felines, and others, later, becoming hissers. The cat is out of the bag, it's too late to stuff it back in.

lol Either way, if you talk to some of the people that had a hand in coding the game, they might tell you. I mean the Wight addon has three added maps and adds at least one unique boss. I'm sure you can do it. :D

Yes, I think we need a furrae zone (or two...) and some furrae artifacts!

Would be nice to get a melee class for them using nothing but their body. Might be more fun than brawler since most of them have claws.

Well perhaps instead of using mindstones to make the claws, maybe so long as their hands are empty they'll emit energy-ish claws from their hands, increasing their damage they do? Not sure what type of damage they'd do though. Maybe light or mind or just a bonus to physical?

Is it just me or would a sphinx race be a nice addition?

Great magic/willpower but no hands for weapons so four rings?

Racial skills like unmoveable (pin/push/confusion resistance), Ask Riddle (confuse enemy a couple of turns), great leap, ancient etc...

A sphinx is more a mythological beast rather than a zoological one, however. Not quite in the theme of the mod.

Well, I think it might be time for a bat-like race. A passive sonar skill that works in a radius around the bat to see invisible and stealth, would also let you see while blinded. An offensive sonar skill that damages the enemy and has a chance to confuse via sonic chirps. A weak summon that gets stronger per skill level and character level that summons bats for X amount of turns.

Hmm, curious, is there a way to do that...

My Monk class has a see while blinded skill you could look at.
Addons: Arcane Blade Tweaks, Fallen Race, Monk Class, Weapons Pack
Currently working on Elementals. It's a big project, so any help would be appreciated. :)

Yes, there's a way as grayswandir said. Might also be nice to add a goat race that could 'eat' items for regen and maybe minor stat buffs. A headbutt attack that dazes and knocks back based on level. Equipping rings on horns (head slot and an alternate slot). And maybe something else you can think of.

Is this still active, and are you looking for graphic contributions?

I've tested it with 1.2.4 quickly and it seems to work okay. I want to do proper character dolls for the races that are currently just faces, as I find it nearly impossible to play seriously with a big face on the screen.
