Talent/prodigy interaction: Shadowstrike and Windblade/Leap

#1 Post by Mankeli »

So, does shadowstrike bonus stack with the bonus damage with the windblade or giant leap bonus damage if you manage to attack the monster from stealth? So that, once again if not breaking stealth, you could clear a whole room full of monsters with windblade + shadowstrike bonus? I'm having a hard time imagining a monster that could withstand such a damage burst.

Yes, Shadow Strike will stack with anything.

Oh my. There probably aren't going to be a lot of dead monster left after windblade + shadowstrike combo. Better leave the coffin empty and arrange some crisis help for the poor monster's relatives. RIP -Rest In Pieces.

So many combos I'd like to try but I'm already playing three different character's simultaneously .

Funny, just few hours ago I finished my rogue with prodigies giant leap and windblade.
One high peak boss proved trouble but all the others went down in 3 turns out so.

A combination of Shadowstrike, Windblade, a Ring of Focus, and the staff accuracy bonus was enough to get the Overpowered achievement on my shortstaff shadowblade

Yep, way stealth, among the highest I've seen, even without the backing up prodigies. Thanks to my randart cloak.
