Yeah, I snagged this kitty after feeding it troll intestines. Nom nom nom. Then later I found it in the Fortress of Solitu -- er, Sher'Tul Fortress.

Haven't figured out what it does just yet though. It just hangs out for now.

Right now, the cat is just an aesthetic thing. No function whatsoever. That might change in the future, of course.
