1.1.5 - full mastery of Aether Avatar gives nothing
Note that this is with Quicken 5/5 and some -10% casting time boots, pretty normal for an Aether Archmage.

It took me a moment to actually realize the issue with that screenshot. Oops.
The only reason I could think of would be that you had already reached the maximum values. But that is pretty implausible.

The bigger problem with Aether Avatar is that increasing its talent level only increases its duration, which even moreso than Freeze is most of the time a debuff to the talent.
