Portal in Slazish fens barely visible (ASCII)

Starting in the east the first mission is to find the naga portal in the fens, but it's barely visible with graphics set to ASCII with backgrounds, as it's a dark blue ampersand on a dark blue background. Especially if it's your first time there and you don't really know what you're looking for. Given that auto-explore isn't interested in it I think it should be more noticable.

(Having checked, I don't find the the tiles graphic is just a couple of glowing rocks, which isn't terribly obvious either.)

On a related note I think celestials should start in the fens rather than the Gates of Morning. Unless I'm the only one daft enough to have been eaten by orcs while looking for them outside.
