[1.13] Hidden Resources + Never Stop Running

Hidden Resources tooltip says:
For 5 turns none of your talents uses any resources.

Never Stop Running tooltip says:
While this talent is active, you dig deep into your stamina reserves, allowing you to move without taking a turn. however, this costs 12 stamina for each tile that you cross.


If I trigger Hidden Resources and then trigger Never Stop Running it drains 12 stamina a tile.
If I trigger Never Stop Running first and then Hidden Resources it drains 12 stamina a tile.

If this isn't a bug can the tooltip for Hidden Resources be updated to include a note that it doesn't work with Never Stop Running?

This is a problem with the Hidden Resources prodigy description.

What it actually does is make the talent cost on apply.
If any effects of this talent drain a resources in some way, those still happen.

Cool, thanks HP. I figured it wasn't a bug but it would have been nice to have not used my 2nd prodigy slot!

I also almost died getting down to negative health to get this. :p
