Tentacle Grab mindcrit

A minor bug (at least, I think it's a bug): The tooltip for horrors' Tentacle Grab talent checks for mind criticals, which can (I think) result in incorrect "surges with critical power" and bogus on-crit procs just for inspecting a creature.
