Wild infusion not working with hotkey

If I bind secondary hotkey 3 and beyond to alt + <any number> it will give me a "hotkey not defined" error when using the starting wild infusion.

If i put it somewhere before secondary hotkey 3 with an alt + number bind then it worls. If I bind secondary hotkey 4, 5 or whatever to ctrl + a number then the wild infusion works.

If I bind a hotkey before secondary hotkey 3 with alt + a number then the wild infusion works.

I'm not exactly sure if secondary hotkey 3 is the exact point where alt + a number bugs out with the starting wild infusion and if it's all wild infusions or not, but this is as much testing as I've done.

Now it's giving me the same error with a regen infusion (bound to alt+ a number)

now it seems like alt+number binds don't work at all on the secondary hotkey binds
